    A continuing issue is when Elementor sends an update to the free plugin and to the Pro, the pro plugin update fails after the free is updated. Sometimes I can update the free and then reload the page to get to the update for the pro, but not the last 2 times. The update just dissapears and I cannot access it. Plus I can no longer login to the pro support, it is now two factor and the security code goes to the site owner, who pays the bills but I am the site IT.
    Why is this a continuing issue?

    Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/ I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook.

    We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.

    WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    Wow did you read what I wrote –

    1. the FREE version wipes out the Pro version’s update
    2. with your double opt in, I the IT person cannot get into support without contacting the owner.

    So that was truly a less than useful answer.

    It looks like the issue has been resolved on your end. Please make sure your Elementor plugin is updated to the latest version to prevent any similar issues moving forward.
