Updated WordPress/Added plugins, posts not showing

Hi!

I’m fairly new to WordPress, and am running a site for an employer. Today we upgraded the site to 3.1.3, and installed the Smart YouTube plugin. Now the Dynamic Content Gallery is not working, and switching to jQuery does not solve the problem. I installed the HotFix plugin, and it seemed to correct an error with the media tab, but somewhere along the line the posts are no longer showing up anywhere even though they still exist on my Post overview page.

I’ve tried everything I can think of(or find on the net) for a few hours now and I’m stuck. Please advise! http://www.dlwardmusic.com
