Hello everyone, I have updated once again, to new version 4.0.8.
I fixed what hopefully will be the final issue in the drop-down box not displaying. Plese continue to post if you still experience this issue. Please also post a link to your website, so that I may diagnose the issue properly.
Thanks!

Rob, the quotes did the trick. However, my (full) code is now as follows:
Available in: <?php echo do_shortcode('[glt language="English" label="English" translate="yes"]'); ?> and <?php echo do_shortcode('[glt language="Irish" label="Irish" translate="yes"]'); ?>Which displays as
Available in: English and Irish
but when translated to Irish displays as
Ar fáil i:English agus Irish
I assume this is what you are referring to. I would indeed prefer it displayed as
Ar fáil i:Bearla agus Gaeilge
when translated, so if you can let me know what to do that would be great. The site is not live, so I can’t demonstrate with a link currently.
Hi, 4.0.8 still doesn’t work for me. The flags don’t appear by clicking on the floating translation widget. And, using this plugin, photos doesn’t appear correctly after clicking on the thumbnails (just in homepage they are ok; inside the pages the photos are wrong: they should be centered in the browser window, but they aren’t). The problem about the photos is also in the old version (if plugin is disabled, the photos are ok). So, now I’m using the old version because I need a translator in these days.
Hi Paul, I can help you achieve what you need. Would you allow me to please login to your site and help?

Hi Merlinus, I would like to see the front end of your website, if possible.
Would you mind posting a link, or sending to me directly?
Hi Rob, sure… Here it is

Thanks!Hi Merlinus, the floating widget and flags are working for me.
Do you have a caching plugin that might be preventing you from seeing the update?
Let me know how I can help further.
Thanks, Rob
Hi Rob, yes, the floating widget was working because it was the old version. Now you can see the widget in the new version.
Hi Merlinus, thanks for showing me that.
I think an another plugin udpate is need on my part. For now, please re-activate the previous version, and wait for the next update.
I will fix this bug and update here soon.
Hi Rob, thanks so much for your help. I install the old version 4.0.5. It’s late here and I have to go; I’ll connect again to this page tomorrow (I’m in Europe). Do you have any ideas about the photos? (I mean, with this plugin the photos in internal pages don’t appear correctly after clicking on thumbnails… if the plugin is off, they appear correctly). However, thanks again! See you tomorrow
Hi Rob, did you find the issue with double showing of the dropdown in my header?
Hi tas26, I am checking now – sorry I don’t always answer in order.
Hi tas26,
I checked through your site and finally found the issue.
The
<head>section of your website was loading 2 instances ofwp_head()and also 2 instances ofwp_footer. Also, I found that these were located in the incorrect location. So the plugin was being called more than once. After I adjusted these, things worked like magic.
I would love to fix this for you, if you want.
Please contact me here at http://www.wp-studio.net/contact/
Merlinus, after re-testing the plugin on my test site, I cannot duplicate the issue you are experiencing with the plugin, using the same settings.
I need to take a closer look at your site.
Let me know if it would be possible to gain access to your WordPress Dashboard. Then I should be able to solve both your image issue, and the translation issue.
Please contact me directly here: http://www.wp-studio.net/contact/
Thanks, Rob Myrick
Hi Rob!
Thanks for creating such a great plugin.
Though I have a few issues on one of my clients websites. The plugin works fine on some of the pages but on the front page it seems to not load parts of the plugin. I’ve gone through the code and managed to narrow it down to that it doesn’t load the “tool-container” DIV and “glt-footer” DIV is completely empty.
Load failure: http://www.znogg.com/
Load failure: http://www.znogg.com/blog/
Works fine: http://www.znogg.com/uppfinningen-gor-det-lattare-att-plocka-upp-hundbajs/
Works fine: http://www.znogg.com/products/If the plugin is activated on one of the pages it loads on the translation also works for the front-page when navigating back to it.
I appreciate all the tips and help I can get.
Hi rob,
the google contribution button now works, however the correction DOES NOT appear in the webmaster suggestions?
