Updated and now not working

Hi,

I’ve recently updated and now nothing is working as well as before. On one pop-up I have on our shop page, a bar pops up before the actual pop up.

When I go to add a pop-up for another page, using a separate pop-up that has worked in the past, just a small plain box pop-ups up without the correct content.

When I try to duplicate the working pop-up, by just swapping out image, the same happens where it’s just a plain bar with the x to close it.

I don’t understand the discrepancy, please advise!!
