have you checked your database to see if the stuff is still in there?
do you have access to your webhosting account, myphpadmin, FTP etc?
maybe a plugin conflict is causing odd behavior.

I checked and it looks like most of it is coming back. My issue once I go in and try and add a new product… is when I type everything get the photos uploaded and go to preview it says:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/ctcjeans/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gold_cart_files_plugin/gold_shopping_cart.php on line 251 and defined in /home/ctcjeans/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1154 – See more at: http://www.cowgirltuffco.com/?post_type=wpsc-product&p=9733&preview=true#sthash.El82O48V.dpuf
I am not a big web designer so I don’t know what all this means?

what e-commerce/shopping cart system are you using?
who is your webhosting company?
what backup system do you have in place?
We use the company wantabetterwebsite. They charge an outrageous amount. I have not contacted them yet, trying to see if this is a WordPress error.
As far as shopping cart and backup I am not sure. I have only been with the company for a month.
It also says: WP e-Commerce data needs to be updated
When I go to update it loads and nothing happens. I let it update over night for almost 10 hours and nothing updated.

Things to do to get stuff sorted out for future if you would rather not contact your website developer/designer due to cost issues.
Contact support for WP ecommerce for guidance on that system if you feel the issue is directly related.
Which backup tool is set up for your website and database? Get direct control over your backup files if you will be self-managing your website.
Who is the webhosting company. Get direct access to your webhosting company if you will be self-managing your website.
Identify the list of plugins used on your website.
Set up an FTP client like filezilla to connect to your webhosting. Helps when you have various emergency needs.
Otherwise….
Get to know the developer/designer and get a comfort level with their process/pricing so you don’t feel reluctant to reach out to theme when you have a problem. (That’s what I hope my clients do.)
