Hai Sam,
Thanks for using my plugin.
Unfortunately, I don’t understand your question.
What are you waiting for? What do you want to use Composer for?

Sorry for the confusion. I update my wordpress plugins using Composer. So, I would pull the latest distro from here:
http://wpackagist.org/search?q=wp-media-category-management&type=any&search=
As you can see, it lists 1.8.0 as the latest version, while wordpress.org shows 1.8.1 as the latest version. I think this has something to do with the tags listed on the plugin, since wpackagist scans the wp subversion repo and scans based off of tags.
In any case, I’m hoping you can update as appropriate so that I can upgrade to the latest.
Best,
-Sam

Hai Sam,
Thanks for the explanation.
And maybe you can help me out here?
As far as I thought, I defined the V1.8.1 just like my other versions.
It is also shown in the list of tags on the SVN repo.
However, when I look at WPackagist, it looks like it updated at 15.02 while I uploaded tag 1.8.1 at 15.58.
I cannot determine why this is as I’m not familiar with WPackagist.
Sorry I can’t help you out here.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Okay, I’ve filed a bug on wpackagist as well, let’s see where that leads….

I filed a bug with wpackagist, but there’s no response yet:
https://github.com/outlandishideas/wpackagist/issues/131
I’ve been able to update several other plugins in the meantime. Can you double check there is nothing else you need to do to have the latest version appear?
Thanks,

Hai Sam,
I just updated to V1.8.2 to indicate tested to WP 4.4.2.
As far as I know, I’m using the WP guidelines and cannot think of anything else to do differently.
Hopefully, this update is catched by wpackagist.
