update to 4.9.5 admin login error

I used C-panel (Hosted by Inmotion) to change admin password – no luck. Tried to reset admin password via wp-login.php – no luck.

I’m continuing to investigate permissions, error logs, and generally track down the issue. If anyone has solved the same issue after an automatic update from 4.9.4 to 4.9.5 – please post fix.

Please note: site seems to be up and working – just can’t log in as admin.
