Update Telegram share button

    Could you replace telegram.me domain in share buttons to this construction: 

    
<a href="tg://msg?text=<?php echo urlencode( '<TEXT>' ); ?>">Telegram</a>

    This is actual because telegram.me and t.me domains are blocked in some countries (Russia).

    UPD: On my website I temporary replaced telegram.me domain to tlg.repair domain (mirror).
