Update snag persistance

    The update snag “WordPress SEO by Yoast has been updated to version 2.2.1. Click here to find out what’s new!” is very persistent.

    If you dismiss it on one admin screen it still appears when you visit another admin page.

    Steps to reproduce.

    1. upgrade plugin
    2. visit Dashboard
    3. dismiss update snag
    4. navigate to Users
    5. dismiss update snag
    6. navigate to Appearance
    7. dismiss Update snag
    8. rinse … repeat
