Since today my wordpress isn’t working correct anymore without me doing anything.

If I want to create a new post my the textarea for the long text isn’t showing.
I’m getting this Error in the first line:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /var/www/web264/html/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 627

    An the following hint:
You are currently editing the page that shows your latest posts.

Editing old posts or drafts seems to work fine.

Additionally the Update Section is not dispayed. Not at the TopBar and even not in the menu. If I run it via url “wp-admin/update-core.php” it shows me that there are no updates available – but thats not true. There must be at least 4 Updates.

My wordfence scan for yesterday is ok, no file errors. I requested a new scan today.
    I manually recovered the update.php, update-core.php and the class-wp-upgrader.php – same problem.

    I’m pretty helpless.
Let me know if you need a screenshot or anything.

    Update:
Deactivating all my plugins – same problem.

If I try to add a new user, wordpress gives me the response, that the user was created. But it isn’t listed afterwards. And I can’t find it in the database.
And, thats the interesting part, wordfence sneds me a mail, saying a user was created namend “” (empty).

That point to the same problem when creating a new post. “Creating default object from empty value..”

Maybe that helps to locate my problem..?

    Problem solved…

I wanted to optimise my database via phpMyAdmin and got an Error for missing permissions. I digged deeper and found the simple problem…

I reached my quota and the server was blocking all new inputs.
It was that simple… but a bit confusing Errors…

    Hi t0m_ka,

I have the same issue and database optimization did not help, can you please tell me more how did you solve your problem?

    Thanks,

    I can’t tell you much more…

In my case it was simply the quota I reached so my provider was blocking everything new until I cleaned out my space to get under the restricted size.

I have 10 gb of webspace and I exceeded this size.

Thanks for the replay man, havent solved the problem yet.
