Update – Now Shortcode does not work

Hello, GREAT Plug-in! My client was very happy with it, but after the update it disappeared. Can you please help?

The shortcode is:
[constantcontactapi formid=”1″]

You can see under “Email Signup” there is nothing displayed, and I think I saw one of your previous responses to someone else who had a similar problem that there is a conflict in the naming – Is there a work-around? When can we expect a new version that fixed this? Thanks.
