Update not working, can not access dashboard

I tried updating my wordpress to the latest 4.2.2, now whenever i open my admin it says it needs to update databases. So i click update and then after5 minutes i get an error 404 saying page not available…then i try to go back to dashboard and it starts all over again.

My hosting says i have 4.2.2 installed as well on both of my sites. I am in the last parts of trying to finish my site for the weekend and this is causing me grief!

Help someone!?
