I cleared my cache using WP Super Cache, which fixed the transparency from being on the right but my custom pin it button wasn’t showing up so I just put it as the standard button and it’s working.

Wow, I just had a panic attack because I had the same problem mentioned in above comments. I updated the plugin (which I love, thank you) and then it was not appearing on first photos then seemingly randomly ocurring in strange positions. When I emptied my cache for my chrome browser it fixed everything. If anyone wants to check out our custom pin it button and placement, you can see it at http://www.wondermintkids.com.
