    Hi Tom

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. If the issue persists today, please, try updating it manually. From Plugins, deactivate and delete Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Next, download the updated plugin ZIP file from the plugin page. Once on your desktop, install the ZIP file from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Activate. Please, let us know how that goes. Thanks.

    I got it. I just went to the site and even though it said the update fails. When I went to deactivate it it shows that it updated to 2.10.13. Thanks and I will keep that in mind if I have problems in the future.
