Update failed premission issue

    Hi, I have tried updating to 4.6 but it run into:

    The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-admin/includes/update-core.php

    Installation Failed

    I only manage the site via the wp_admin panel so I don’t have FTP access to change the permissions.

    I wanting to update so that the theme I’m using is supported(Currently using Vantage Premium) but it requires the 4.6 update.

    What can I do to update?

    I don’t have FTP access to change the permissions.
