Update Errors started at 3.5 forward

    I stay using Ver. 3.4.2, because all the new versions I have tried with updating my sites keeps coming back with the below error.

    Now I am using old MS IIS6, on an old Server 2k3 with PHP5 and MySQL 5.5

    Any pointers would be great, testing now 3.6 Rc1 and I have not been able to go beyond 3.4.2 and get anything to update.

    An error occurred while updating Twenty Ten: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘C:\WINDOWS\TEMP/twentyten.tmp’.
