Update = Email on comments not working

Hello! Just updated over the weekend and on my new blog post this morning, discovered that I’m not getting email notifications of posts anymore. I am using Ship’s Ahoy theme. I have both boxes checked – email me whenever anyone posts a comment and a comment is held for moderation. It worked on Friday and Saturday, updated WP on Sunday and now on Monday it doesn’t work.

Ideas?
