Update don’t work

    Hi I’ve tried to update plugin from 1.2.9 to 2.0.5 but I obtain this error message:

    Update Failed: Could not copy file. wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator/wordpress-creation-kit-api/assets/js/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp/dialogs/lang/_translationstatus.txt

    Can anyone help me?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    My suggestion would be to download the latest version of WCK from WP and upload it via Cpanel or FTP inside wp-content/plugins.

    You could rename the folder “wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator” into something else like “wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator(old)”. By renaming the folder we deactivate the old version. Now you can add the new version and then activate it.

    If everything is ok you can delete the old version.

    Let me know if you managed to update manually to the latest version.
