Is the plugin network activated?
not network wide just for a single site in a network.
only work correctly in the network master account.
Ok, now its working. Gave user temporary master permission status, not normally procedure but table updated.
Back to normal user privileges and tools / extensions tables are hidden.
something goes wrong.
Can you show me a screenshot of the missing pages?
Are you using any custom user roles?
user is admin and the last updates have always worked.
Try deactivating the plugin and activating it again.
I did it. Therefore, the two tables are missing :/
The tables are only present in network admin account if EDD was activated, but in other network accounts not.
I’m sorry but I must be seriously confused. EDD doesn’t add any tables to the network admin . . .

It’s a Multisite
has an superadmin with the basic site where has super privileges for the whole network
the network has multiple site = accounts with normal admin privileges
when I activate EDD in normal site than 2 tables missed! Tools & Extensions.
When I activate EDD in the site where has privileges over the whole network = superadmin than works everything fine.
First, I did deactivate & activate EDD before in an normal site as admin, because the first message after update was
“can’t update database tables, get permission denied”.
So, from this moment on, came the problems, how can I fix it in a easy way?

the problems came possibly from api key additions, they are not present in normal sites.
The problems exists maybe only in accounts (sites) where has an older EDD installation before?
here in network-admin all tables (options) available.
