Update 6.3.2 still problems with counters

Hi there,
I updated the plugin to version 6.3.2 but the problem with counters next to facebook like button is still there because on every single post the counter indicates 0. Moreover other counters including G+ , Pinterst and Twitter do not count shares comparing with counts on social media pages. Could you please have a look on my website please: http://creativegentleman.com/.
Also the plugin was suppose to works with excepts but as you can see on my homepage buttons in teasers are not linked to single posts but to main page.
