Try 3.3.1. It is released now.
I just updated to 3.3.1 and my site’s visual editor is still buggy (ie. the section where you type in the page content is white, not the whole screen).
Had to deactivate the plugin again in roder to edit pages.

I had to uninstall the plugin via FTP
WordPress version: 4.5.2 (latest version)

It still does not work. forced to turn off Yoast to edit articles.
Yoast SEO seeks to evaluate each article (i’m not sure about that) when I click on MODIFY or create a new article. The problem is that I have 12000 items… 🙂 > timeout
So is visual composer used on posts at all, or just on pages?

I have a lots of big Plugin (woocommerce, subscription, jetpack, visual composer, popup maker, yoast of course, mailpoet…)
I could see that being an issue if it is trying to evaluation that many posts.
