Hi Felipe,
could you post two screenshots of the widget settings – one of the 1.26 version and one of the 1.27 version so I can compare them? Make a screenshot only of the page section of the widget that is having problems. I would try to replicate your issue in my local environment.
Also, after updating to 1.27 version, did you notice a “NULL” value in in fields like “Get posts with these categories” and/or “Get posts with these tags”?
Let me know, please.
Felipe, in addition to what I wrote before, try this with the latest version (1.27):
1) if you didn’t select any author in the wdiget admin panel, open the dropdown menu and re-select “Any”;
2) save the widget;
3) go to your site and check if the posts are visible.
Let me know, please.
Resetting the cache does the trick too!
@digiscrap
You are right. If the user activated the cache, it’s necessary to reset the cache.
Thanks for your post! 🙂
Hi @aldolat. I tried to update again to take the screenshots and this time I updated and cleared the WP Super Cache Plugin, like I did before, and the sidebar widgets disappeared, like the first time, so I did go to the widgets and the information was there. So I saved the Widget again and the sidebar go back to normal. Thanks for the support. o/
It seems to me that the problem is solved. I mark this topic as resolved.
@felipebadr Ask me if you need further help. 🙂
