Unwanted menu in layout

Hi –
I had been building my site without major issue until this hit me – I want only a menu in the top nav bar and for some unknown reason, I’ve now got a second menu that popped up and it looks hideous. Only “header bar menus” is selected in the menu section, so this new menu has no business being there. But I can’t make it disappear.

What do I do?
