Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.
sorry esmi…I thought that i did here is a link to one of the posts. This started happening last night. Some of the links are quite malicious.

The word RedBox had an unwanted link on it. These links are showing up on nearly every post.
sorry the word “juice diet” has the unwanted link in this post. Redbox is another unwanted like in a different post.
Thanks!
I can’t see any unwanted links in that post. Just the one link that you added pointing to the Huffington Post. Have you tried using another browser? This could be a browser specific problem.
Try this one the post is “Four tips on weight loss” The words “weight Loss” are linked to an add.

I use chrome and thought it might be a browser issue but and having the same problem in IE.
Thanks,
Jim
Nope. Not seeing a link on any of the “weight loss” phrases in the post or the comments in either IE9 or Firefox 17. It’s possible your machine has been compromised/hijacked. I’d suggest running a scan of the machine using an anti-adware scanner such as AdAware.
esmi…can you again verify that you are seeing no unwanted links. I just checked my site on my Ipad and am not seeing the links. I’m begging to think my problem is local.
Thanks,
Jim
I’m definitely not seeing any unwanted links. For example, http://www.wingsdailynews.com/2013/01/819/ didn’t have any text links in it other than the tag links at the foot of the post.
It does sound like a compromised machine. 🙁
esmi, I cleared:
1. Browsing history
2. Download History
3. Empty the cache
4. Delete cookies & site plug in
I then disabled all the extension in Chrome and relaunched the site. The unwanted links were gone. I then re added the extensions one by one (I would clear download history and empty the cache before adding the extension). I found that enabling the extensions” Zoomex” and “Save As” would re introduce the unwanted links back into the posts. I have left those two extension disabled. I seem to be good to go at this point. I’m not much of a software person, how does this happen? Thanks so much for your help
Jim
I’d rather have my machine compromised then having my readers get infected with all kinds of nasty bugs. I’ll repost if anything should change…
thanks again!
Jim
