Unwanted Links after posts 404?

After I post an article I get multiple links showing up 2-10 hours later that lists many of my recent posts and the link leads to 404 error,I have deactivated all my plug ins and changed my theme 3 times but these links still keep showing up.
I am very confused by this as I have to go in and trash all these
links and if my readers click on them I am not sure what they would think. I am inexperienced in this area, can anyone help please!
