unwanted link color

    after updateing to shapely 1.3 sudenly the link color of my site gets wrong. Instead of the #006699 which is set in the customizer settings for link color, a strange lila #5D47D7 is shown on the frontend for textlinks and button color. What can cause this misbehavior?
