I’m not sure where in the code or why this is occurring, but the output includes line breaks that are not present in the editor causing my form to be formatted very strangely with unwanted line breaks.

If someone could help me identify and remove these line breaks, it’d be much appreciated.

Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

Following your advice, it seems as if the theme is causing the issue.

Any clue how where in the theme I would find such a conflict?

You are using a paid theme. You should ask the theme author.

I have finally gotten to the root of the problem, it’s in wordpress itself with the wpautop function. Once I went in there and changed that, the form started displaying perfectly.
