Unwanted Button Transparency in IE8.

  • I am using the Meteor Slides plugin on this website. http://sonomasmiles.com/

    I am using -ms-filter: “progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=60)”
to create a transparent background for the .slide-content-container in IE8.

There are 6 slides and most of them look great. They show a semi-transparent background but the buttons ON the slide are not transparent at all and show up great. However, on the last two slides, the buttons ARE semi-transparent and blend in more with the background then the buttons on the other slides. I have used Firebug and see no difference between the CSS for the semi-transparent buttons and non-transparent buttons. Please help me solve this issue.

    Thank You Very Much.

Hi Colby, I don’t see a Meteor Slides slideshow on there, did you get something else figured out?
