Unwanted addition

Hi

I have suddenly had a round ‘div’ container appear on my home page alongside a post I have published. It is exactly the same thing as the 3 standard ‘home featured page’ things that are in the middle of the front page where you can magnify it and have a link.
I have no idea how I managed to get this unwanted one there and want to get rid of it asap.
