Hi
Sorry about the delay. Had to get the translations from the client.
I have created a new language (MN) and translated the missing strings, and saved.
Strings still do not appear in Polylang though hence are not translated in the theme/property pages. I am sure there is a step I am missing in the process as the MN.PO is saved and Loco shows it in the panel (1% translated) but polylang is not picking it up.
Should I deactivate and then re-activate Polylang to see if it picks up the extra strings?
Regards
Please provide a screen copy of where your po/mo files are stored in your ftp.
Hi
They are under
/wp-content/themes/wpresidence/languages/
I should have mentioned that we do use a child theme and under the childetheme there no languages directory, .MO or .PO
Hope this helps.

Strange. The content disappeared. Sorry, here is the link:
https://www.dropbox.com/home/Public
It redirects me on a login page.
Thanks, it’s good. Now could you provide a screen copy of your “Languages” tab in Settings > Languages > “Languages” tab?
Ok Thanks and now the last one: a screen copy of your .po where your 5 strings appear.
Sorry I talk about your mn.po in /wp-content/themes/wpresidence/languages/.
Please open your mn.po file and provide a screen copy of your where appear these 5 strings.
Sorry, I am not sure if I understand what you are asking. The only way for me to open mn.po is to use the following:
- Browser (really a notepad emulation)
- POEDIT
- Loco
The images you have are from Loco. POEDIT looks exactly the same. Do you want me to send you the MN.PO file so that you can look at it?
