Unsubscribe Link not working

    I have configured the settings for the plugin as instructed but the unsubscribe link does nothing when clicking the link in the sent email. The link generated is:

    x-webdoc://C7C5BBF4-32EB-4CCD-9985-182AFBCB9B7C/calgaryfosterparentsassociation.com/unsubscribe?id=460&email=sean.busse@me.com&list=Test

    Can you please advise on how to make the links work?
