Hi @icegram,

I have been experiencing issues with people that have unsubscribed from our list and are showing a red dot against their address however they are still receiving notifications.

Can you help with this.

@teamjh19 We have just checked into this issue and found that it’s working as expected.

If it doesn’t work for you, contact us. We will take a look into it.
