    Hi @kevintum,

    This error suggests that your API credentials are not matching up at PayPal.

    Could you please try connecting your account with the “Connect to PayPal Sandbox” button?: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/
    This will automatically create a REST application, enable some features on the account, and insert the appropriate credentials.
    The guide above also outlines where to get the proper credentials for manual input.

    Hi Niklas,
    I was able to solve the issue. I was using the account’s merchant ID in place of the Sandbox one, they’re not the same apparently.
