I’ve managed to workaround the problem by restoring a previous backup file via phpMyAdmin. However I’d still like to know if there is a fix/solution to the problem as this is such a great tool – but I need to trust it will work!

We have identified the problem you are experiencing.
It is affecting a number of sites and hosting providers.

I am also having the same problem with the plugin. I have just downloaded the link above. WP 4.2.2 tells me there’s an updated version in the store. I did not update in case there’s a special provision in the version above.
I’m using Arvixe as the hosting company. Fingers crossed as it’s ‘Unpacking archive’ now.
