    Hi apologies for the slow reply, I was on holiday last week and I’m still catching up with the backlog.

    It sounds like there is a bug, possibly caused by the clean-up mechanism in the code. I’d appreciate it if you could try the latest development version (http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/squelch-tabs-and-accordions-shortcodes.0.3.1.zip) and see if that fixes your issue. If not please send me the code you’re using on the page so I can test locally.

    Thank you for your reply. I found out that the problem was in the boilerplate I used for the theme.
    Sorry for the unjustified grumble above.
    It’s a nice plugin
