Unnecessary image in post

Hi,
After I embed a youtube video on my website (http://topdailyfights.com/), your plugin seems to add an extra thumbnail image to the post as seen here: http://topdailyfights.com/?p=37 I would like it to only generate a thumbnail and not have it attach the same thumbnail on my post. Also, when you hover over the thumbnail of the video in homepage, it shows a plus sign instead of a play button (you can compare it to the video next to it to see the difference).

I really hope you have a solution for me!
