Unnecessary error when not following default WP behavior

Whenever wp-config.php is not found in the root directory Adminer creates an error due to a not-found condition. This doesn’t follow the default behavior of WordPress which automatically searches one level higher. In order nit to needlessly create an error condition, it would be better of Adminer also looked one directory level higher before erroring.
