Which logging method you choose?
I have this problem and I use this plugin for bbPress
This is a nice plugin but I’ve had this problem too. The only way I got it to appear on the post was using shortcode [wp_ulike]
Couple of issues:
1.) after someone likes the post, the icon image does not reappear and leaves a blank white box.
2.) User images do not link back to profile page, only user image and name.
Same issue with the lack of permission
Hey- I looked at the code and it seemed to be conditioned on set cookies. I removed the cookies and I was able to like again.
I was alternating between 2 accts as well.

I seem to have the same issue. Can you please elaborate on how you fixed it. Can you perhaps point out where I should remove the cookie check from?

I just deleted the cookies it created in my browser settings.
