If you are manually creating the new subsites, the easiest way to do this would be to set up a “master” site that you copy.
Or do you have your network creating new sites by signups?

Actually, I created manually each site (one for each language). But how can I “copy” these settings then with a master site, as you said?

You could create separate “master” or template sites for each language you need to set up. Then when someone needs a German site, clone that template, etc.

I’ll give a try to that one! As you suggest, all I need is kind of a template for each language as they’ll be the same (except the language, obviously) 🙂
