Unique IP visitors set at 1

    Hi !

    I installed a wordpress on the intern server where I word. Slimstat worked really fine by now but for the month of July I had just one visitor who’s been registered and, normally, I have nearly 1000 visitors.

    We changed the intern server 1 month ago. Could this explain my problem ?

    Hi,

    is the tracker reporting any errors under Slimstat > Settings > Maintenance? Also, for clarification, are you referring to page views or unique IPs? If you’re getting MANY PAGE VIEWS but they all seem to come from the same IP address, then your server is most probably behind some sort of firewall, or it uses CloudFlare to handle requests. We have a premium add-on to fix this kind of problem.

    The tracker status says “So far so good”. It don’t seems to show any error.

    It’s exactly it : many page views but one unique IP.
    But, I have an other website on the same server with Slimstat, and it seems to work fine.

    Are you using Cloudflare on this specific site where Slimstat is not working as expected?
