    Hello,

    Im looking for a plugin, i will try to explain.
    I will give 200 unique codes to my customers, 20 / 25 codes have an reward (eq. fly tickets, coffee accessoires). They will visit my website and see an form to fill in there code. After that they will be redirected to an other page, there they see what they won or not. And there they need to fill in an contact form.
