Uninstall WP QRCode Widget..?

    I’ve installed WP QRCode Widget from the plugin install page in ver 3,6.
    It was not what I wanted, and i now want to uninstall it again, but I cant find it in either plugin or wwidgets, but it’s still on every page i load. Pretty annoying..
    Does anyone know how I uninstall it agaain or remove it in any other way?
