Uninstall WP 3.1 then reinstall workflow

    Due to issues with WP 3.1, client has been advised to uninstall WP on her site, then reinstall a fresh version. I’m looking for advice on a safe way to do this. My thought was to use the Export function, delete WP, reinstall, then Import. Whaddya’ think?
