It is important to decide if you want to revert to http, or stay on https.

when you deactivate, you will get asked this question in a pop-up. See also this article for details:

if you choose to stay on https, you need to remove possible changes to wp-config.php and htaccess yourself: as these are part of the https setup they won’t be removed automatically.
