Unexpected response: ?

    Hi,

    Using the latest version of WordPress and Updraftplus. I have had this problem ever since I got Updraftplus. When going to the admin pages and just stay there I receive an “Unexpected response:” But no explanation.
    The backup does work, and everything else is as expected. But it is very annoying that when this message appears the tab focus it automatically. During a backup it maybe happens 8-10 times.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please can you send us a screenshot of the error?

    It is possible that there is conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using.

    Hi,

    Here’s a screenshot

    If I go to the first tab in Updraft plus I get no error at all, no matter how long I stay there. When I go to the backup tab I get the error almost immidiatly.
    If I do backup now while on the first tab, I get the error again and again.

    Can you open the developer console and screenshot whats in there?

    Just tried, first opened the console where I did not get the error. Then went to the backup tab and when I got the error this appeared:

    UpdraftPlus: Exception when trying to parse JSON (1) – will attempt to fix/re-parse /wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/updraft-admin.min.js?ver=1.13.7
    UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON

    Hi,

    It is possible that there is a conflict with another plugin.
    Please could you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site and repeating the test? Does the error still appear?
