I purchased this yearly subscription for WooCommerce the app has been down multiple times and the last time I contacted them about it they want me to switch to Shopify. I included the response I received and I am asking for a refund at this point but have not gotten a response as of yet. This should be pulled from the plug-in site.
We apologize, but our WooCommerce app is currently undergoing maintenance, and at this time, we do not have a confirmed date for the updated version to be available.
In the meantime, we’re encouraging all WooCommerce app users to consider switching to our Shopify app, which offers a much more robust and user-friendly experience. It includes powerful features such as automated order processing and ongoing updates with new tools and improvements.
If you’re able to make the switch, we believe you’ll find our Shopify app to be a more seamless and efficient solution for your business.
