Undeliverable newsletter

    I have just sendt out a newsletter to my newsletter list. It shows that the newsletter has been sent to all in mailpoet in WordPress. But I have received 9 emails about 9 mails who the newsletter have not been sent to. These are primarily Hotmails. What can I do to fix this? I am sending from a third party (one.com).

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Do you see the email as sent but they were not received by the recipients? Or do you see any error messages if you click on the email’s status here:

    If you’re using a third-party sending method and they’re marked as sent, I’m afraid it’s not possible for us to check what happened to the emails further.

    If you see any errors, please send us a screenshot to take a look.
