Following the upgrade to ver. 2.1.101 I note the following message displayed on a page using the shortcode [eme_calendar full=1 long_events=1] :

Notice: Undefined variable: eme_timezone in …/wp-content/plugins/events-made-easy/eme_calendar.php on line 40

This message does not appear elsewhere.

It is not related to 2.1.101, it was already in earlier versions too.
This fixes it (but it has no effect on the functionality):
    https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/2447986/
(only the first line is needed, the rest is a small cleanup).

Also: make sure no notices show in the frontend, that gives attackers a first vector to know your server layout etc …

Thanks very much. I think I’ll wait for the fix to appear in a regular release.

I enable frontend messages only in the test environment.
