  • Hello @teamtacho,

    Thank you for reaching out,

None of our products, including OceanWP, have that file/path.

This usually means the error is coming from either a customization added to your site or a plugin that has generated a file under that name, which is where the error is actually appearing from.

For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

    1. Enable the primary theme (if you are using a child theme).
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
    3. Deactivate all plugins.
    4. Then, first, activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    5. Check your issue.
    6. Then, activate your plugins one by one.
    7. After activating each plugin, check your issue.

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website, or on a fresh installation.

Note 2: if you have any cache plugin or server cache (CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies etc.), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools (if you have Elementor).

Also, to help us better understand your website’s environment, please provide your system information by navigating to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info and clicking Copy site info to clipboard. You can paste the information directly into your reply or upload it to “Pastebin” or “GitHub Gist” and share the link with us. Please remove any sensitive information, such as your email address, before sharing it. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://i.postimg.cc/fbjtkFyJ/image.png.

Looking forward to your reply so we can help further.

    Hope it helps,
    Best Regards
