Uncaught ReferenceError: gtag is not defined

    I have a Google Tag Manager code added inside the <head> tag and also have a GTM noscript tag added inside the opening body tag but I keep getting Uncaught ReferenceError: gtag is not defined error in Chrome Console.

    I’m running out of ideas. Not sure where to check. I also tried disabling all the plugins but that didn’t help. Not sure if this is a website issue or the GTM setup issue. Any ideas?

    … and btw, when I install Google Tag Assistant add-on to Google Chrome, it correctly shows the id: GTM-XXXXX.
